Returns


At SnipNet we thrive to make your exchange or refund fair and easy. However, all products purchased from our site must be returned in the same original condition and container within 14 days of sale at PO BOX 268 Bronx, New York 10451. Refunds will be in the form of a check and will be mailed to the address provided during checkout in a timely manner. If you do have any questions regarding this policy please contact us. We continue to make it our priority in servicing our customers reasonably.



Shipping


We ship products via Priority Mail or UPS ground to anywhere in the U.S. We can certainly accommodate UPS next day or overnight requests at the current rate offered. Please indicate your rush order request at checkout. When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification by e-mail or a tracking number for your convenience. The shipping charge listed during checkout is the current rates offered by the carrier. Standard items are shipped by Priority Mail and takes 2-3 business days after receipt of your order, while UPS and USPS (ground) takes 5-8 business days after receipt of your order. Please note: It depends on the location of the warehouse (warehouse A or warehouse B) where the product resides, that determines the shipping method (Priority Mail or UPS ground). Please feel free to contact us with any additional shipping questions or requirements.



International Orders


We ship our products via Priority Mail or UPS ground for orders outside the United States, by the quoted amount listed by the carrier. We can certainly accommodate other shipping method requests at the rates offered. We will contact you via e-mail with exact shipping costs, and any other questions we may have prior to processing international orders. All taxes and custom duties are the responsibility of the customer. Please feel free to contact us with any additional shipping questions or requirements.



Satisfaction Guaranteed


If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please return the item (s) to us within 14 days for a full refund of your purchase price. Shipping charges cannot be refunded, unfortunately, and we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damage during return shipping. Please contact us with any questions or comments regarding our satisfaction policy. We will do anything in our power to contact you prior to shipping if and when any changes are made to your order.
